The staff were amazing, and the location is incredible. Some of the carpets are getting quite dated, but otherwise the hotel was excellent.

The room was huge, fitting all six suitcases 😁! The spot is great for exploring Manhattan, and everything else was perfect.

The room was really spacious and the location was perfect for catching a show and being right off Times Square. Our TV didn’t work; we reported the issue but it wasn’t resolved during our stay.
