The room was spacious with a super comfy bed, the location to town was great, and keyless entry worked well; nothing negative except it might be a bit pricey.

This inn is stunning after a full remodel and sits right on the walk to downtown Flagstaff; it’s quiet, clean, and very nicely appointed. However, on my second stay I didn't see anyone from the hotel—no greeting, no front desk, no room or reception amenities, unlike my first stay when snacks and breakfast niceties were provided; it felt like no one was attending to guests, which was disappointing.
