My room was a ‘flat’. I didn’t see that information when booking. Besides being old and worn out, the room wasn’t cleaned.

I thought it was a hotel, but it turned out to be an old apartment with a bad bed, bad pillow, no internet, and no explanations or contact. I was deceived.

The location is good. Unfortunately, the hotel never released the guest to the property; the guest arrived and there was no email from the owner. We buy there every month and always run into problems. Apparently the platform doesn’t listen to the hotel and vice versa.
