The staff were friendly and the room was clean, but the breakfast wasn’t great and could have been better.

The receptionist greeted us politely at check‑in, but the entrances to the ground‑floor rooms were filthy when we arrived and still looked dirty when we left after 24 hours, with staff walking past piles of rubbish – just lazy behaviour.

Honestly, the room had an unpleasant, stale smell because it wasn’t ventilated, giving it a closed‑in odor.

Everything else was fine, yet the shower was dirty with hair and grime on the floor, the water pressure was terrible – it barely trickled when set to warm, and when set to hot the pressure improved but you risk burning yourself; it was absolutely awful.
