The climate control was excellent, and the owner or house manager was very sweet. However, it was just a simple room with basic furnishings, so the price didn’t feel justified. The room shared a kitchen, making cooking impractical because of the odors.

The location and the kindness of the owner were nice, and the room was adequately maintained with a well‑equipped cooking corner. Yet 75€ for a single night seems excessive in our opinion. Parking is useful but a bit complicated.

“Željeli smo biti pozitivni....”

The proximity to the beach and the parking under natural shade, plus air‑conditioning, were positives. The room was very small and had no television, even though photos and the description claimed a TV. Room 8 was very close to the shared kitchen, and because house rules weren’t respected, some guests would occupy the kitchen at 5:30, be very loud and bang, disturbing us every morning. The fact that the room door was worn and had weak sound insulation made it hard to lock. The cake topping was a cockroach I found in the room the night before we left. I killed it with disgust, secretly from my wife who is very afraid of insects, especially the worst ones. We came from Makarska and wanted to extend a lovely summer vacation for two nights, but what we encountered was on the brink of ruining everything. For some reason I couldn’t muster the strength to tell my wife about the cockroach, to protect her mental well‑being and a nice final memory of the vacation, at least that last night. I write all this objectively, without emotional bias, as the factual state on the ground.

Everything was to our liking: the quiet location, nice walking path, kind Mia, and most importantly, everything was very tidy! We have no complaints, none at all!
