I picked up my key straightforwardly and got a private room, but the place feels more like a converted residential house turned HMO than a proper hotel, with no reception staff on site. The room itself is very plain—just a bed, no TV, and a shared bathroom. At around £50 per night, it feels overpriced for such minimal facilities.

The apartment was tidy, spacious, and clean. I liked that they provided an iron and ironing board, which was appropriate and ideal. I didn’t really meet the staff, but all my questions were answered via WhatsApp. It’s close to underground stations. I’m not used to shared toilet and shower facilities, but that was already mentioned when booking. Parking was free as I needed it on the weekend, but I would have struggled if I stayed during weekdays.

Good location, easy access to train and airport. Clean facilities, clear communication for check in. No water, coffee etc in the room

The place is in a great spot, but the pictures were misleading and the room is extremely cramped; after the first night I tried to cancel and they wouldn't let me.

The property is well connected with public transport. The host is friendly. The room is okay, but extremely basic. The property is on a noisy road; I heard traffic at night. The carpet in shared areas is dirty. The plug socket is far from the bed, and there aren’t enough of them.
