The service was wonderful and everyone was very welcoming; everything was spotless, the towels had a pleasant scent, and we felt truly taken care of, already planning a return; a big thank you to the reception team for their extra affection. No issues at all.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was very good; the only small note was that the curtain could have been blackout, but that’s a 0.01% detail and overall it’s great.

The receptionist, Rita, is amazing; the hotel is clean and organized, located in the city center with easy access; the breakfast is carefully prepared with many options.
