The location and the service were spot on, but the couple in the room next to mine was pretty loud one night and the noise seeped into my room; if they could tighten the soundproofing a bit that would be great, otherwise everything was excellent.

The location was good, but there was no water and they handed us a bucket to fill the toilet.

Nothing positive; I couldn’t sleep because of the constant noise, the bathroom smelled bad, I got cold water and felt chilly at night, and throughout my stay the neighbors were a nuisance and everything could be heard.

Nothing good; I even tried to complain that we had booked two rooms and as soon as I left the front desk manager charged my sister another room, insulted me in a few words calling us “rateros” because, according to him, we already had our plan. I don’t know what plan that was; the first thing they did was charge me for both rooms. The front desk manager behaved in a terrible way; I’m a disabled, senior, pensioner who doesn’t need someone to disrespect me.

Nothing good. There was a lot of street noise, I couldn’t sleep, and I’m not sure if smoking is allowed.
