“Pésima experiencia”

The location was fine. The doors of our rooms opened directly onto the living‑dining‑kitchen area, so the noise kept us from sleeping, and the reception was right next to those rooms with a bell that echoes throughout the place whenever guests arrive or ask about accommodation—no respect for quiet time. The breakfast was awful, like a campus snack: a cookie, a yogurt, an apple, a roll, and an egg if you asked for it. When we asked reception for a place to eat, they sent us to a restaurant owned by the same group as the hotel, where we had the worst experience possible: “fetuccine fruto di mare,” a plate of sticky noodles with large pieces of carrot, pepper, cauliflower, zucchini, broccoli, one oyster, three shrimp, and two small fish. Another culinary disaster was a plate of “locos en lámina” with fried potatoes, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and lettuce.

“Nada especial”

The room was large and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. However, there were two spiders in the bathroom and no liquid soap in the shower or sink.
