The onsens were very pretty with a sea view, but the rooms weren't clean enough. Even after we asked for a fresh cleaning, the staff refused to comply. The whole lower floor had a damp carpet smell, and the building felt very old, leaving us disappointed with the reception and overall cleanliness.

The staff were friendly, and both the hot spring and the bathroom felt clean. However, the neighboring room made a clattering noise that was quite annoying.

The location was pretty good, but it would have been perfect if the meals were prepared on the day of service.

The staff were excellent, especially the woman named Yamada who was very kind and made us feel cared for, making us want to stay again. The only downside was the weak water pressure in the shower and tap at the annex hot spring.

服務超好，幫忙推行李和介紹，溫泉白天可以看海（雖然圍牆稍擋住要站起來才看得到），房間也蠻舒適的
