We had a great time at this hotel, thanks to the super friendly staff, especially Gülşen and Semra, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect for families with kids. However, the proximity to the city center meant that we could hear the noise through the open windows, and with the kids, we couldn't use the air conditioning much, which was set to an icy temperature, possibly due to a malfunction.

We had a great time with the family at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location. The room was spotless, with clean bedding, pillows, towels, and hot water. The beds were super comfy too. However, the hotel's noise level was a bit of a letdown - we could hear everything from the hallway and the street outside.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of the staff, especially Aziz Bey who went out of his way to assist us with everything. He gave us some great advice and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The views from the room were also lovely. However, the hotel's location was a bit of a letdown - it was right next to a busy road and the noise was a real issue.
