The location was fine, but the female receptionist was arrogantly rude when I booked four extra‑large rooms for my group, claiming they weren’t available as she said. Her tone was high‑pitched during the conversation, which is unacceptable in hospitality. Additionally, breakfast was so poor it didn’t justify the price I paid.

“disappointing”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, where cleanliness and maintenance were seriously lacking. The staff, however, were polite and helpful, which was a small consolation. The hallways, reception, rooms, bathrooms, and even the swimming pool were not clean, and the tilted restaurant floor made me nervous about my table setting. The uninviting pool was a letdown, especially since my child and I love swimming.

“Ok”

This hotel had all the necessary amenities, including an elevator, hair dryer, and a delicious breakfast. However, I found that the soundproofing wasn't great, likely due to the hotel being a bit old. Overall, it was an okay stay, but with some room for improvement.

I have mixed feelings about my stay. On the one hand, I appreciated some aspects, but on the other hand, I was put off by other things. Unfortunately, I don't have much to elaborate on, but I suppose that's a reflection of my ambivalence.
