Breakfast was excellent and the location great, but the mattress was uncomfortable with metal pieces sticking up.

The house was large and beautiful, the breakfast room spacious with a stunning view and tasty options. The double room had a bathroom with a window and a balcony overlooking the courtyard/parking/Apple orchard, and there were enough parking spots. At request a pillow swap was possible, an elevator was available, and the family-run vibe was friendly. However, the room with mountain view we booked was no longer available, which made us hesitate about the price. No mosquito nets by the window, the reception was often unoccupied, and we didn’t use the small pool or sauna. The restaurant was rarely busy and the prices were too high; it was closed on Mondays.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel – everything was truly top‑class, from the room and cleanliness to the service and surroundings. The staff were very pleasant, helpful, and attentive whenever we needed them. The location and environment were also very enjoyable, offering a lovely, relaxing setting. There was nothing to criticize about the service; it was flawless from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly return! ✨

“Perfect”

This bed‑and‑breakfast is stunning, featuring a small pool and sauna. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and roomy. The staff were wonderful, kind, and professional, so I strongly recommend this place. The dinners and breakfasts are fantastic, and the walks and hikes nearby are great. The Doritos are amazing, too. I highly recommend this place.

“A comfortable, private and unpretentious hotel, close to Seiser Alm and Kastelruth”

The breakfast was one of the best on our trip, the balcony offered excellent views, and it was only a few minutes’ walk from Kastelruth centre. The bathroom lacked a walk‑in shower.
