The location and facilities are decent, but the Wi‑Fi was absolutely awful—32 minutes to upload 16 MB, and when it rained the connection shut off with no backup plan, leaving me extremely dissatisfied and unable to catch up on office work.

The staff were kind enough to keep the place clean, yet the room was dim with no natural light.

The overall experience was good, though the parking situation was inconvenient.

It’s a fine place, but the mosquito problem is a major issue.

The hospitality was great, the stay cozy, and it sits right in the center of Lonavala for easy access to local spots, but the pool wasn’t cleaned and the room needs a bit of maintenance.
