The décor is lovely, breathing new life into an old house, and it’s great that gluten‑free breakfast comes at no extra cost; the mattress in room 214 is far too soft or already sagging, the duvet is just a patchwork in the cover, and the pillows are terrible—this needs improvement.

The rooms were super quiet, no sounds were heard, the beds were cozy (though they tend to separate), the fully digital check‑in/out was personally challenging, but the listed phone number provided quick, focused assistance; I had to improvise a bit to get decent lighting over the desk while working, yet everything was doable.

The apartment was well equipped, breakfast plentiful, the spot was near the downtown core, a pizzeria sat right next door, and overall the value for money was very good—what more could you ask for?

The room and bathroom were perfect—large, clean, and comfortable, and I slept very well; I had no time for breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Communication was poor: I had to try three times to reach my room and would probably have failed without my son’s help; the automated phone voice was unhelpful and aside from a few technicians, no staff was on site. I don’t mind quiet rooms, so the street noise didn’t bother me, but cigarette smoke drifted in through my open window. It would help if smokers could be asked to stay a bit farther away. I also wish the door could lock from the inside instead of just being pulled into the lock.
