juSTa Palampur Resort & Convention Centre

The stay was amazing, especially the staff at the Justa Hotels—Mr. Vishal, Lalit, and Nikhil were very helpful. The chef’s food was epic, and the rooftop view was a highlight. Overall, it was a very good experience and the best hotel in Palampur; I would definitely recommend it. Everything was very good.

The food was really delicious, but the variety could have been greater. The menu offered very few choices.

It is out if the city crowd and the outer location is very beautiful you have ample parking space the staff is very nice and always ready to help It will be very nice experience for me if i got what i ordered. They given me the room without view they told like from booking . Com these are the only available options we have . But the guy their is very nice he arranged me a better room but the balcony was still missing which was a bad for me. I always look for room with balcony but anyways the guy did his job well but you need to work on this. It will be very nice experience for me if i got what i ordered. “Will not recommend”

The only positive thing was the location. The room that was booked was not provided to us.
