The price was relatively good, but among all the hotels in the city and Bellavista, this is by far the worst I’ve stayed at. The bedding and towels were unacceptable, and the bathroom was much more deteriorated and old than other hotels at the same price range (California, Bella Vista, Costa Inn…). It doesn’t even need to meet European quality standards or require any investment. The friendliness, politeness, and kindness (which are free) were missing from the reception staff.

The location is fine, but the bathroom didn’t smell good and the floor was still a bit damp when we entered.

The place got a makeover that really improved it, but the locks need replacing and the reception ladies are grumpy and rude unless you’re already friends with them.
