Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the overall facilities and the little details that make the stay pleasant were amazing. The staff seemed very young, almost like schoolchildren, but the management was excellent—diligent, hardworking, and disciplined. We couldn’t get into any procedure because everything was fully booked.

The hotel was pleasant and beautifully situated, with a very good spa area that included saunas and a cold plunge, which was a plus. The breakfast selection was rich and the staff were engaged. However, the prices at the hotel restaurant were absurd—almost like those at top restaurants in Warsaw. Two shrimp cost 110 PLN as part of the starters? Shame! The dishes were very good, but at those prices guests feel overcharged and cheated.

The hotel room and restaurant service were outstanding, but unfortunately the TV kept freezing, especially in the evening, so I couldn’t watch anything at least in room 308.

The beds were lovely, but the swimming pool was black.
