Bigfoot Motel

“Not good for health, mold.”

The location is amazing. The people of the town and the other businesses were so friendly. We paid for 2 nights, the room was so dirty we left after one with no refund for the 2nd night. Our bathroom flooring was peeling up and the smell of mold and rotten wood seemed unsafe.The porch felt like you were going to fall through. I'm sure it would be condemned if a building or health inspector went through. The people who run the Bigfoot motel don't care, they are just letting it rot away

“Next to the Bigfoot statue and tourist attraction”

It sits right in town next to convenience stores and gas stations, and it’s close to the Bigfoot statues and other tourist spots. I liked how cheap it was, and the room was clean. I could bring my kitten, which was the only motel near Hoopa that had any availability, so that was a big plus. The vending machines and ice machine didn’t work, the room was tiny and made it hard to use my walker, and there were no handrails.

“Great service and Great environment.”

The location was good, the staff was great, and it was very quiet. The only downside was the cleanliness.

“Horrible”

Nothing good. Human feces came out of the shower drain into the bathroom. They moved us to a room where nothing worked and the bathroom floor felt like it was caving in – the worst experience ever.
