“เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ลืมไม่ลง”
We booked a ground‑floor room because we were traveling with an elderly person and had two large suitcases from abroad, but the hotel assigned the elderly guest to the third floor, which has no elevator. We had to ask the housekeeper to carry the 23‑kg luggage up the narrow, winding concrete stairs. Walking barefoot was difficult. By the time we arrived in the evening, the condition of the accommodation was unacceptable, so we spoke to an employee who was not very pleasant. In the end we were given a ground‑floor room as originally booked, but it was not the same as the picture we had seen. The air conditioner was broken, so we stayed until morning when the air was cool enough to sleep, then we moved rooms again. This time we got the room that matched the picture we booked through the booking system. The management system was confusing, the staff seemed baffled by the printed schedule, there was a lack of internal coordination and no customer care. This is our second stay because it’s close to relatives, but this time we had to move luggage again, which was exhausting for us… an elderly skinny guest and a heavy‑set woman had trouble with the narrow walkways. Please reconsider.
