I liked the clean room, it was quiet and calm even though the hotel was in a zone full of gas stations. There was an air‑conditioner and a beautiful mountain view from the balcony. I enjoyed moving the chairs and table onto the balcony to drink coffee in the morning. The room had a microwave and a kettle. I didn’t like that there was no washing machine or iron; those services were offered at a separate, pricey rate that I couldn’t find anywhere when booking. The shower drain was terrible – water rose up to the ankles and overflowed all over the shower room. The toilet drain also worked poorly; sometimes no water came out at all, so I had to scoop water into a bucket and flush manually.

“Tragedia !!!”

I do not recommend this place; nothing was confirmed for the reservation, they didn’t collect, and they cancelled the booking on the spot… a tragedy. Everything else was bad.

The room was quite spacious with a lot of square meters, had its own balcony, and a terrace. The toilet smelled like sewage, and the room was cleaned three times in the first four days, while we stayed there for ten days. The breakfast was a disaster! You pay 2 for 1 for 1,000 rubles, and they charge you the full cost of the food, which comes out to about 500 rubles maximum for two people. It's outrageous! The kitchen has a range hood, but there are no stoves to cook on! The beds were very scratchy. Because the hotel was connected to a wedding restaurant, it was noisy during those events, making it hard to sleep at times.
