Although the place operates as a hostel, it offers comfortable one‑ or two‑bedroom rooms with private bathrooms. I appreciate the 24‑hour active reception, the shared kitchen with coffee, tea, and a fridge, and the option to buy espresso. Thanks to the young hotel staff!

Everything was close by. The staff were very kind and helpful, and communication was great. The room was a bit cold and there was no night lamp.

I’ve stayed at Dom Franciszkański San Antonio three times now, and I keep coming back. The spot is super convenient – just a 2‑minute walk into Kraków’s heart, and you can easily reach it on foot from both the main train station and the bus terminal. The staff are friendly, and you can leave your luggage before check‑in. There are plenty of bathrooms, and the kitchenette comes with a fridge, kettle, stove, microwave and dishes, all kept tidy. Thanks a lot! It’s the perfect budget option.

The location is good, the place is clean, and the room is big. The room has no windows facing the outside; the windows look out onto the corridor and are covered by a blind that doesn’t fit the window completely, so you can see into the room from outside, which makes it not entirely comfortable.
