The place is great for traveling with a stroller, already outside the busy center, right next to the forest. The whole guesthouse feels very pleasant and harmonious, from the parking to the breakfast room, rooms and the great equipment – an amazing gym and a salt cave, plus little touches like afternoon pastries and coffee. The owner was very friendly, explained everything and really cared about our satisfaction. The only downside is that there’s no restaurant within 800 m; it would be great if the property offered a half‑board option.

What a wonderful place! The breakfasts are delicious, the sauna is great, and there are many other conveniences. The location is excellent, close to beautiful hiking trails. The hosts are wonderful, incredibly kind and hospitable. The stay was pure pleasure. I definitely recommend it and would gladly return! Everything was wonderful.

The location in Karpacz Górny is fantastic – very close to the bus stop and the trails that start at the Wang Temple and the Chomontowa Road. A big plus is the free on‑site parking. The owner and his family create a wonderful, warm atmosphere – we felt like welcome guests in a real home, not a faceless hotel. I definitely recommend it!

The room is cozy, clean, and the kitchen equipment is sufficient. The breakfasts are tasty, with a different dessert each day, and when I left early for an evening trip I had a hearty breakfast ready. The owners are very friendly and give great advice on the best routes.

Staying in the villa was an absolute delight! The property is stunning, renovated with care for every detail, the breakfasts are delicious, and the owners pour a lot of heart into running the villa and are very attentive. We’re thrilled and will definitely come back! Everything was almost perfect.
