Worst experience. No cleaning, no room service, a dirty bed, hair falling on the bed and chair, a cigarette used in the bathroom, no bin liners, and a sticky floor.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. Nothing to complain about.

“Need maintainance”

I appreciated the historic vibe of the hotel and the pool is pretty good, but the room was filthy with dust everywhere and the toilet was broken; the toilet tiles need replacement. The pool is great, yet it’s very deep and there are no lifeguards, and the stairwell is too dark—some lighting would help.

“Ok”

They gave me a room with a non‑functional AC even though they knew it was broken, so I had to fight to get a decent room. The manager initially refused to reassign a room, claiming the hotel was full, but after a long argument he finally moved me to another room.
