“É um lugar lindo, com muito potencial e bem localizado mas precisa ser mais cuidado pelos donos.”
The location is great. Monica is lovely and attended us very well. The chalet’s look is pretty. The bed has a thermal blanket that’s very helpful in the cold, and they left a heater on the upper floor, which I appreciated. The blanket is warm. Basic utensils were available in the chalet if you wanted to eat something, and the fridge had soda and beer at reasonable prices. The little dogs are adorable, and the pacifier is a love. The parking is below, so you climb stairs to the chalet, which would not be a problem if the entrance block hadn’t been half loose and I had to avoid stepping on it all the stay. The chalet’s balcony railing is wobbly, you can’t lean on it, so you have to be careful. The boards make a lot of noise when you walk, which could wake others. One board seemed a bit loose. Some things didn’t work in the chalet, such as the outdoor hot tub – it leaked a lot of water from the pipe that filled the drainage, so it started flooding everything. It was very dirty, with the cover thrown inside. The bathtub in the room released a lot of dirt when the hot tub was turned on. The attic with two single beds had no light and remained that way. The shower cut off hot water midway through the bath (and it was extremely cold). The bathroom door had a lot of mold on the surface. The second-floor outlet had no protective cover, so the wire was exposed, which made me a bit nervous about my daughter getting shocked when turning on the heater. I didn’t meet the host, but I heard his voice loudly in front of another guest saying we ate all the cheese bread at breakfast (I found that rude and was not aware there was a per-person limit).
