The staff were welcoming and the resort had nice greenery. Room service was quick and the rooms stayed clean, but the gym and entertainment facilities need a lot of work.

Location. Food was extremely expensive , but not good. Also room allotted by booking .com was right in front of a tree so there was absolutely no view

The resort’s location was excellent; we could reach other spots within 15 minutes from Club Mahindra Resort. The staff were polite and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the property itself was fantastic with indoor games, a lovely garden to walk, a spa, a swimming pool, and a great buffet spread. We had a wonderful stay—thanks, Club Mahindra, Hatgad, for making it comfortable and memorable.

I was really disappointed with the service at this place. For a whopping 24,000 rupees for a two-night stay, I expected a lot more. The room was bare and lacked even the basics, like mineral water. What's worse is that the staff seemed to be overworked and undertrained - it's a shame, because if they had been properly employed, they would've been able to provide a decent experience. I booked a 4-star room, but what I got was far from it. The breakfast was a letdown too.

I didn't end up staying at Club Mahindra because the property looked rundown. I'm not sure what the rooms are like, but the exterior didn't exactly fill me with confidence. I decided to look elsewhere for my accommodations.
