The place is clean, the staff is friendly, there's a Lavazza coffee machine, the rooms are great, and the location is good; nothing else.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I especially liked the complimentary on‑demand shuttle around the area; I was surprised to see daily housekeeping when Colorado is in a drought, so I put a “do not disturb” sign out every day.

Front desk ladies were great. I had a long travel day and had a migraine when I arrived and they gave me a bottle of water. I had dinner in your restaurant that night as well. There was a lady filling in as bartender who normally manages and she was fabulous! Please tell her thank you for the sunrise spot suggestion on owl creek road! The elk showed up like she said and I got some pretty great photos and and videos ◡̈. Have Diet Coke in the fridge ;) The restaurant gave me a to go Diet Coke though to bring to me room <3

The spot was great, but getting to the 2nd floor was a hassle— the nearest door couldn't be used from outside, and the view from our wing was nonexistent. I had to contort myself just to reach the toilet paper, and there was no morning ice.

I loved the location, the room was spotless with a balcony, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee machine kept needing resets, which meant long lines for a cup.
