The location and cleanliness were good, but the deposit hasn’t been refunded even after 17 days post‑departure.

Getting around was easy and the staff were friendly, and everything else was just right.

The only downside was the breakfast room in the reception area—it’s very small, so many guests have to go back to their rooms to eat, which is inconvenient.

I liked that breakfast was available until 10am. most end very early. The bathroom in the room was very small, no counter space or place to put toiletries for a family of 4
