Everything was flawless—extraordinarily clean and every staff member super polite and attentive! We spent amazing days here and will definitely come back! May God bless you all!

The place feels simple and almost magical, which was a nice surprise when I walked in. Unfortunately the building itself looks a bit tired and the staff weren’t as helpful as I’d hoped. It’s a mixed bag – charm on one side, but the structure and service need work.

The hotel’s location is spot‑on for anyone chasing the balloon festivals, and there are supermarkets just a short walk away. The staff do try to be friendly, but the property is clearly aging – there are no power outlets in the rooms and the overall maintenance is lacking. Privacy is limited by the building’s layout and you’ll hear a fair amount of noise at night.

The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help. The apartment matched what was promised, clean and comfortable, and the shared leisure area – especially the pool – was just lovely. All in all, a pleasant stay with good service and nice amenities.
