I booked the same room twice, both on the way there and on the way back. It was a two‑person room with two separate beds and air‑conditioning, which was essential and cost more than a standard booking. When I first checked in the room had only one bed, and the second time, instead of air‑conditioning there was just a fan, making it quite hot… It was a very unpleasant situation and nobody bothered to fix it either time.

The hotel has a beautiful modern décor and a great location, but many aspects need improvement. The biggest disappointment was the quality of service and breakfasts. The city and surrounding area have many excellent bakeries, so it’s surprising that the bread served at breakfast was really low quality. The scrambled eggs were so dry they were almost inedible. Only one person works at breakfast, juggling cooking, monitoring, and guest care. The staff on shift are helpful, smiling, and deserve praise, but with just one person handling so many tasks, efficient service is hard to maintain. As a result, items like milk, bread, or a place to put dishes often run out because the cart fills up quickly. The rest of the hotel staff leave much to be desired, lacking politeness, engagement, and willingness to help, similar to the experience with the waitstaff. Reception also frequently changes employees, so there’s no consistent person to handle guest contact and smooth operations. I stayed at this hotel twice, each time for about two weeks, giving me a real sense of how it operates. Each time I chose it mainly for its convenient location. A major downside is the lack of proper accommodations for families with small children; the playground behind the hotel is very neglected and dirty, and the condition and selection of toys in the play corner also leave a lot to be desired.

The place was ideal for a break on the road, the breakfast was superb, parking was free, the mattresses were a bit soft but that’s a matter of taste.
