“Everything was decent, but it was just decent. Nothing really wow and nothing terribly wrong.”

The pool was nice and the staff were wonderful, and the weight room was decent. The room itself wasn’t set up properly and clearly needs a renovation, and the restaurant was mediocre.

“Worth the amount being charged”

From the moment I booked, a WhatsApp group was set up for me with all the details I needed for a smooth arrival and stay. The place was clean, the staff were very helpful, I enjoyed my stay, and the Wi‑Fi worked perfectly. It’s a bit far from the city centre, but you can reach all destinations from here – just keep traffic in mind.

The staff and owners are exceptionally nice and welcoming; I was greeted by name every day, which feels warm. The hotel is Korean‑owned, so the restaurant serves Korean dishes, even at breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool is very clean. The hotel isn’t in the centre, but traffic is much lighter than in the city centre, so getting around with Uber was quick and easy. The environment is calm, and overall Duomo offers a very good value for money. Some equipment is a little old (e.g., soap dispenser, mosquito net) and I prefer a firmer mattress, but that’s a matter of personal taste. I’d still recommend this hotel.

“Tranquilo, atento y seguro”

The staff and owner are extremely friendly and professional, always ready to help with any request. The atmosphere is very calm, making me feel safe and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty and the lemon tea is delightful. The internet worked flawlessly, and overall my stay was wonderful. Even though the neighborhood is peaceful and the hotel’s service is excellent, you’ll need to take an Uber to reach the main attractions.
