The apartment (and bathroom) is large and clean, quiet, and close to the station and Porta San Biagio; the owner let us in before the scheduled check‑in time. The kitchen isn’t well supplied, and the moka handle was broken.

The room’s size and facilities are good, it’s a decent area but near the center and the station, with a patio, coffee capsules for a quick fix, a fridge, and a balcony.
