The property is a beautiful classic old house, very spacious and comfortable. Its location is convenient, about 15 minutes from Brussels Nord train station. Service is excellent, with clear instructions for entry and a welcoming attitude, all without unnecessary extras. The only drawback was a faint tobacco smell in my room, which is why I gave it a 9 instead of a 10.

The place offers tranquility and a good location. However, there is no reception desk, so it doesn't feel like a typical hotel; it's more of a Victorian-style house.

The spot is quiet, with a lovely room that has a terrace and a large bathroom. The bed is good. The carpet is rolled up, and the curtains are difficult to close. The terrace is beautiful but somewhat neglected and not very clean.

The building was welcoming and the staff were always reachable, even if it was just by phone or intercom. The bed was comfy and the room looked nice. On the downside, two of our towels still had dirt and makeup stains. Plus, there was a constant drumming in the bathroom—probably the sink pump running nonstop because the water didn’t drain well. It made sleep pretty choppy.
