Everything was fine, but it wasn’t that great.

The staff were friendly and the villa and room were spotless. The villa sits close to the resort centre. The room faced the forest, was very quiet, spacious, clean, and the white towels were immaculate. Electric sockets were available in every bedroom. The mattresses were comfortable and restful, so you didn’t feel like someone else was in the bed. The breakfast was indulgent and diverse. The SPA area was very clean and pleasant. Everything was superlative; I have nothing to complain about. Only suggestion: in the room with the saltwater pool, install a sandglass like the one in the sauna to monitor how long you stay in the pool.

Located in the tourist centre near Lake Ursu, it’s very close to all sights and restaurants. Parking is included. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was very good, the room was large and had a kettle for tea or coffee (included). From the SPA, I really liked the warm saltwater pool. It wasn’t crowded at all during my stay.

Room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice view, good mattress, parking, and a swimming pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
