The building feels a bit old‑fashioned, but it could be charming if it weren’t so neglected. The room was decent, with a good bed but only average pillows, and the bathroom was well equipped. Overall, there’s room for improvement. I liked the breakfast and the closed‑garage parking at €5 a day. I’d suggest a general maintenance overhaul because, as mentioned, the place looks messy. The free street parking isn’t really free, and the hotel is far from the city centre on foot, though a bus is available.

The hotel sits in a charming house on a quiet street, and it’s walkable from the station in about 20‑25 minutes or reachable by bus for €2 in a few minutes. I appreciated the room’s historical wardrobe and the simple breakfast, which was fine for me. The owner is a nice, charming guy who was very helpful. The only downside, as a housekeeping supervisor, was a few minor old stains on the pillowcases, which I’d consider a rejection. I’m not sure if the A/C was cooling properly, but I slept well anyway.
