They cancelled our reservation on the day we arrived. The booking platform did not contact us about the cancellation, and we were left stranded.

The location is excellent right on the riverbank, unbeatable, and you’re close to natural spots—not just the famous, crowded ones, but also more secluded areas. If you’re looking for places like that, this is the spot. The air conditioning works well, the Wi‑Fi is good, and there are barbecue facilities. However, the equipment quality could improve: a stove is already half‑worn, the refrigerator struggles to keep cool, and there’s no microwave. If you’re not well prepared with your own gear, you’ll have to find prepared food, and it’s not very close. With improvements in these services, it would be perfect.
