Close to Ciputra mall and the city center. The room is very small, the sheets and towels have many spots, and the floor still has dust and leftover paint spots.

Convenient and near the shopping mall, Simpang Lima, and other shops and eateries. The hotel staff—Rachel, Wahyu, and Jonathan—were very nice and helped us buy a train ticket to Jakarta online. The towel is smelly, turns dark, and looks dirty. The washbasin in the toilet is too small, leaving no room for our own toiletries. The hotel should replace the towels. The room feels warm because the air‑conditioner faces the wall on the other side.

The location is very strategic and I love the hotel’s location. The room is too cramped and has no windows, probably because it’s the cheapest price.
