I stayed in a big, beautifully designed and clean room with a kitchen, dining area, and everything else needed, plus a nice balcony.

The room was large and spacious, close to the city center, but the parking gate was non‑functional.

The decor was good, yet the room smelled like sewage, was on a busy street, and the walls weren’t sound‑proof – you could hear guests from other rooms, especially those behind the wall, as if they were sitting right next to you.

“Bardzo przyjemny”

The hotel had its own parking, small but present. The room was spacious, very well furnished, and atmospheric, with no noise from the restaurant or street. There was an elevator, so you didn’t have to carry luggage up the stairs. The “reception” was oddly located at the back of the restaurant, making it hard to find the parking entrance and confusing to navigate the back of the restaurant, especially since you have to pass through it to reach the hotel.

“Appartement met potentie bij onderhoud”

Communication with the manager for check‑in (code via locker) and easy contact for questions, parking garage, late check‑in, good bed, shampoo available. The water lock didn’t work, causing a strong sewage smell; even after attempts to reduce it, the odor persisted in the apartments. Incomplete cutlery. Moderate maintenance: a door hinge missing in the shower/bathroom. The AC didn’t work, so it didn’t cool and the apartment stayed hot. The main shower tap wasn’t cleaned of limescale, causing spray in all directions and it didn’t function. The kitchen tap lacked a part, so it was difficult to use.
