Cosmo Napa Boutique Hotel

“Fantastic hotel in Agia Napa!”

The hotel was fabulous! The staff were the best, especially Eleana, Alexandra, and Paul at the bar, who were lovely. The chefs’ food was A*, and Suki was the best—definitely employee of the month. The rooms were modern and clean. The DJ at the pool added a great bonus. The pool itself was clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.

The stay was truly pleasant. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to detail, always ready to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The services were excellent and the pool was simply fantastic—a real highlight that made the experience even more special. The room was very beautiful, welcoming, and well maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a very positive experience that deserves a 9/10. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay here! Small areas for improvement: The room is lovely but the space near the bed is a bit tight and there isn’t a suitable spot to comfortably put a large suitcase. At night, a flickering light from the bathroom kept turning on, so I had to keep the bathroom door closed to sleep better. I also found a few hairs on the tablecloths—a minor cleaning detail that could be fixed. These are all easily resolvable and don’t affect the overall quality of the stay. The property has many strengths, and thanks especially to the staff’s kindness and the beautiful pool, it’s definitely worth staying. With a few small tweaks, the experience could be even better.

The place was clean, stylish, and modern, with a convenient location and friendly staff. The breakfasts were weak, the bread was only toast bread, and the cold cuts selection was poor. The room doors were made of non‑transparent glass and had no curtains, letting a lot of outside light in at night, which made it hard to sleep.

“Great facilities for a cost effective stay”

The facilities—parking, pool, jacuzzi, bar, DJ, and kitchenette—were great and all well arranged, making them a real plus. The room was very comfortable and the location was good, though the area itself wasn’t fantastic; it felt run‑down and tired. The room we were given wasn’t in a good spot—it was next to the staff rooms and overlooked the staff yard. It was functional but not very spacious.

“Polecam, dogodne warunki”
