Everything was lovely, especially the staff, and there was almost nothing to complain about.

“Renovation at sleeping time”
The location, staff, clean rooms and beds were fine. However, the A.C. wasn’t working properly, the room stayed warm and it was hard to sleep. There was drilling and demolition during sleeping hours, which is unacceptable and careless for a hotel. We used to stay here whenever we visit Dubai, but if this happens again we won’t stay.
