The hotel was near all the great shopping centers and malls, but the side door malfunctioned after we discovered our room was closer to it.

The location was good, staff were friendly, and breakfast was fine, but a fire alarm in the room was covered with a plastic bag, which is dangerous.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and the convenient location, but I was disappointed that the room wasn’t cleaned daily and that there was no writing surface in the bedroom for taking notes.
