They told me they had a "digital grandma's house" available, but it's closed - what a joke. I paid for a stay that can't even happen. Get it together before you take people's money. We almost had to sleep in the car because of your mess.

Having a bar right across the street was a nice touch, but that's about where the positives end. The heating didn't work until a couple hours before we left, and the room was a mess - the toilet lid was broken, the shower gel was empty, there was no hair dryer, no extra blankets or pillows, the bathroom radiator was leaking, and the vending machines were empty and unplugged, with the coffee machine being dirty. It felt really neglected overall.

The mini kitchen was a highlight, but unfortunately, everything else was a letdown.

The room was amazing and really clean, and the cleaning staff were super friendly - thanks to them! However, when we arrived, there was no one to check us in, which was a bit of a hassle. Luckily, the cleaning staff were around to help. Apparently, there had been flooding in the area and the owner, who's also the mayor of Utrilla, was dealing with it, so we got an excuse, but still.
