The location was pretty quiet and the apartment was spacious overall, but there was no heating; the staff quickly brought in portable heaters, which still couldn't replace real heating because they were turned off at night. One bedroom’s bed had a dip in the middle, not the most comfortable, but we managed for a week.

There were two bathrooms, which is a plus, yet the Wi‑Fi didn’t work even though it showed a signal, the beds were very uncomfortable, there were plenty of ants on the floor, and the kitchen equipment was minimal. We were not greeted upon arrival despite a message saying someone would welcome us.

The air conditioning worked, but the mattresses were broken and made it impossible to sleep. The bathrooms lacked soap for hands and single‑use shower gel, the showers were broken in terms of water flow, and the trash bins had no bags.
