The room door didn’t close or lock properly, and the staff didn’t fix the problem or move us to another room. It was a major safety issue that was ignored even after we asked for help.

The room was unacceptable and I had to switch rooms; I could only get the queen handicapped and the shower leaked everywhere. The bed was okay, but the room smelled so bad that I had to buy air freshener. The front desk person was good, but the bathroom was a problem, the room had a bad smell, and the breakfast room was very hot. All the food looked artificial, and they could have offered fruit and yogurt.

The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations and was better than what I’ve seen at similar rates. Every staff member I met was friendly and happy to accommodate requests. The place isn’t fancy but it’s clean, comfortable, has great shower pressure, and is quiet. There are plenty of decent dining options as well as grocery, gas, and convenience stores nearby. I’ll definitely stay here again in the area. Thanks to everyone for a pleasant stay!
