The property is stunningly beautiful, elegant and well‑equipped, perhaps a bit too large, with a lovely sea view from the balcony. Unfortunately, almost none of the staff speak even a single word of English, which can be irritating, though everyone is friendly and tries hard. At check‑in I was hit with an unexpected deposit charge, which caught me off guard and was unpleasant.

The hotel is close to the airport yet far from the noisy city center, and the pool is suitable for all ages. However, the elevator takes an excessively long time to arrive, and the décor feels dated.

The hotel staff are excellent, rooms are spotless, the breakfast buffet is superb, and there are plenty of activities for kids at the pools. Everything is great!

We were visiting Hainan for the first time and booked this hotel without knowing which bay was best for swimming. Unfortunately, strong waves and rocks along the coast meant we couldn’t swim in the sea. The hotel itself was outstanding—huge, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Every morning during breakfast my family and I received complimentary treats, a pleasant surprise. The staff routinely checked whether our room was clean and if everything was comfortable. The hotel matches its description and photos perfectly. Highly recommended! The only drawback is the location.
