Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in providing any assistance, and the hotel's overall condition was deplorable. I would strongly advise against staying here.

While the hotel's location was convenient, my stay was marred by a number of issues. The rooms were dirty, the facilities were in poor condition, and the staff seemed more interested in making extra money than in providing a good service. The hotel's policy of charging extra for separate beds was also unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My experience at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Despite booking a room with two beds over three months in advance, I was told upon arrival that they didn't have any available. To make matters worse, the hotel's condition was dirty and run-down, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me. After paying for three nights in cash, I was taken to an even worse hotel down the street, where the receptionist was asleep.

While the hotel's location was convenient, being close to Taksim Square and various transportation services, the hotel itself was a major letdown. The street outside was dirty and run-down, and the owner greeted us with the news that our booked room was tiny and windowless, which wasn't mentioned on the website. We were forced to accept a room with a supplement, which was already cramped, with no space to get out of bed on one side.

The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional, providing top-notch service and making my stay a pleasure. However, the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired, with a noticeable lack of attention to detail in the common areas.
