The location is good, but there are no balcony furniture available.

The room was super clean and the food was also very tasty. On the first evening the staff were super helpful and friendly, but on the second they were not. The room lacks a kettle for tea, and nothing else is provided. Unfortunately, after multiple calls, no room service answered the phone. The toiletries are minimal—just shampoo and soap. In the wellness area there’s a tap with lukewarm water and a few apples, but no cold water or teas are available.

The spot is great and the staff were friendly; the food was tasty and they accommodated us by swapping out beef.

First off, I have to highlight how welcoming the staff were—very friendly and helpful. Even with a booking glitch, they tried to support us as best they could, thanks again. Breakfast was good, dinner delicious, and everything was clean. After skiing, we really enjoyed the pool, and towels and bathrobes were ready. We also liked the dining hall built after the old model, which felt right for the area.
