Title: Another good stay in a Superior room, with a minor downside We have stayed at this hotel multiple times now, and as always, the Superior room was very large, clean, and well-prepared. Everything was perfectly fine, except for one detail. We had booked a room with a King Size bed, but unfortunately, it turned out to be two single beds pushed together. We didn't report it this time, but it is a very important matter for a comfortable sleep. Apart from this minor downside, it was another successful stay!. Title: Great room, but the front desk situation surprised us a bit The room itself was very large and clean – as great as always. However, the check-in process left us quite puzzled. When we approached the desk and said we wanted to check in, the receptionist asked us three times with genuine confusion: "And what do you want?". The situation was actually funny at first, but after the third time, it became a bit tiresome. We got the impression that a language barrier (lack of English) was the main issue here. For the future, it would be good to ensure the staff understands basic phrases – after all, when a guest approaches the front desk, they usually do so for one specific purpose

Absolutely fantastic stay!

The room was good with a high‑quality bed and a nice location for traveling, but the breakfast was average, the bathroom was small, and paying 20 euro for parking a day in a very peripheral area of the city seemed absurd.
