I thank all the hotel staff, especially the manager, receptionists, and those in charge of all facilities, for their generous hospitality, warm welcome, quick response, and keen effort to satisfy guests and meet their needs and requests with high professionalism and expertise, reflecting a high level of quality. There is no negative comment.

The security system at the entrance, the customer focus, and the services offered by the hotel are commendable, and the value for money is good; the shuttle service is appreciated. The location is a bit out of the center.

Massage and other services. Staff Manager is very supportive Good elevator. Location. Restrictions to bring your own bottled water. Water is pricey at the hotel. Massage: Please give priority to the hotel guests
