I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially because of the exceptional staff and hospitality. From the moment I arrived, Dorothy, the manager, was absolutely amazing—welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She kindly let me leave my luggage at the hotel while I travelled to Zimbabwe, which was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. Stanly, the chef, was also fantastic—very hospitable, friendly, and always welcoming. The food he prepares is absolutely delicious, and his cooking was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Ms Silvia was always smiling, helpful, and so pleasant, making every interaction with her a pleasure. A special thank you to Gerald for taking such great care of the beautiful gardens and keeping the surroundings well maintained. Mulunde handled my transfers during my stay; he was honestly the best driver I had throughout my trip—professional, reliable, incredibly kind, and a lovely person. We shared many wonderful stories and conversations along the way, which made every journey enjoyable. He is genuinely one of the kindest people I met during my trip. Thank you, Mulunde, for making my transfers such a pleasant experience; you are truly a credit to the hotel! The hotel itself is in a very convenient location, just a six‑minute drive from the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped with good facilities, while the beautiful garden surroundings create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The only downside was that I stayed just 2 nights.
